A research project by the European Commission and implemented by the consortium (consisting of Unternehmensberatung (Austria), the Danish Technological Institute (Denmark) and Ecorys Europe) was conducted among different project coordinators, partners and trough individual interviews to showcase 15 case studies identifying the efforts of 120 Erasmus+ projects for best practices on .
The summarized 15 cases show the efforts of transnational partners in projects and their initiatives on working towards the common European goal for environmental sustainability and environmental challenges as a global concern.
The report highlights the used innovative materials and approaches applied in the projects and the follow-ups on local levels from their joined efforts as well.
Since 2014 there have been thousands of projects aimed towards environmental sustainability with a variety of innovative, interdisciplinary and hands-on approaches.
The BEE-VET Project also aims at offering of new approaches in the VET and at raising the awareness about energy efficiency and related issues, which are a top priority in the environmental sustainability.
The products developed within the BEE-VET project contribute for the raise the awareness of young people and students in construction sector about the environmental challenges and solutions.
